Senior Village 8-Ball Champ - Perfect Phelps L’Hommedieu

  The Pool Players of The Brooke Billiards Club (PPB) held the Senior Village 8-Ball Tournament on Saturday June 26, 2021in HOA1’s Catalina Recreation Center (CRC) Billiards Room.   This tournament was the culmination of the Senior Village Benefit Raffle and 8-Ball Tournament effort organized by the PPB.   We held the raffle drawing and presentation in the Vistas Dining Room in HOA1 at 5:00 PM after the 8-Ball tournament. Senior Village added an additional first place prize of a bottle of Chocolate infused whiskey made by Top Shelf. 8-Ball Tournament: Tournament Directors were Dominic Borland and Joe Giammarino. The tournament format was single game, double elimination.   16players gathered to play competitive 8-Ball.Jerry Cogswell, Steve Searl, Tony “The Snake” Cardillo, Jack “Crash” Hoverter, Joe “Ball Breaker” Vidmar, Fred “The Baker” Dianda, Dick “The Stick” Schroeder, Ron “dblo7” Ridge, Bob “O” Ogle, Lowell “8-Ball” Hegg, Phelps “Frnchfry” L'Hommedieu, Phil “The Cleaner”

  Shirt Ordering Information: Company name: Queensboro Phone #...800 847-4478 Club logo # 16246194 Anybody that answers should be able to help (you have to hold for next available agent) Here's what I did....    1) Set up personal account at Queensboro.com    2) Made selections from polos, tees, hats, etc.    3) Called and gave agent that answered the logo #, and asked him to assign it to my account, as well as each of the items I had entered into my cart. Pool Players of The Brooke vs Quail Creek Billiards Club June 19, 2021

      The Pool Players of The Brooke (PPB) would like to thank Quail Creek (QC) Billiards Club, Travel Team Director Dennis Desmond and their members for the friendly competition and camaraderie.   Another big THANK YOU goes out to Dominic Borland Captain of the PPB Travel Team, Ron Ridge for organizing this event, Mike Meredith for keeping score and making sure it was a success, and they did a great job.   On Saturday June 19, 2021 at 9:30 AM the PPB hosted the Quail Creek Billiards Club at the beautiful Catalina Recreation Center’s (CRC) Billiard Room for an 8-Ball Team Challenge.  We were competing on four 8 foot Connelly pool tables for temporary ownership of a Bronze Traveling Plaque.  The 4 PPB teams consisted of   Dominic “The Doctor” Borland/Tony “The Snake” Cardillo, Gary “One Rail” Barlow/Jack “Crash” Hoverter, Steve Searl/Phelps “Frenchfye” L’Hommediue, and Joe “Fast Eddie” Giammarino/Ron “Dblo7” Ridge.   Our opponents from Quail Creek were Dave Kidwell/Kay Mertes, Jimmy
